Thanks so much for leaving a comment! I am personally not familiar with any free themes. Genesis themes tend to work well with us, but I’m not aware of any free ones myself.
What it really depends on for Mediavine ads is that you have a sidebar that’s wide enough for ads, your theme has a speedy, responsive design and that your content is formatted in an ad-friendly way.
