An update on #MVCON20
Given the circumstances, the planned conference in Baltimore June 3-5 has been cancelled. We’re disappointed that we won’t be together as planned this spring, nor rescheduling for later this year.
Given the evolving situation with COVID-19 and the many factors that go into conference planning, we decided that rescheduling in 2020 wasn’t the right call.
Mediavine is working on asking our speakers to be guests on our Summer of Live 2020, which means that many of them will be delivering their session as an interview on Facebook Live.
The sessions will be free on the Mediavine Facebook page and the audience is encouraged to ask questions. No worries if you aren’t able to catch the broadcast live; they’re always available on Facebook and our YouTube channel.

Will there be two Mediavine Influencers Conferences in 2020?
While we loved having two conferences in 2019, for 2020 we are focusing on the single, larger event in Baltimore. We hope you’ll join us!
How can I connect with fellow attendees?
The best way to connect with fellow attendees is in our conference Facebook group. This is specifically for attendees of MVCon Baltimore, where you can connect, chat, and make plans.
How much are tickets?
- $349 2-Day Early Bird
- $479 3-Day Early Bird
- $399 2-Day Regular
- $529 3-Day Regular
- $799 brand ticket
Can I buy tickets for someone else?
Tickets are limited to 1 per transaction, however you are free to purchase for other people if needed. If you are buying tickets for another person, you will need to be able to fill out all of the associated questions, including but not limited to address, phone number, dietary restrictions, and social reach.
Will there be a waitlist?
Yes, we will have a waitlist. If tickets are sold out on Eventbrite, the Waitlist optioon will be triggered. Fill out the waitlist form on Eventbrite. If a ticket becomes available, you will receive an email from Eventbrite. You will have 24 hours to purchase the ticket. If you do not purchase the ticket in time, it will be released to the next person in line.
When is the best time to arrive/depart?
If you have a 3-day ticket, we recommend that you arrive Tuesday, June 2. For those with 2-day tickets, we recommend arriving no later than early afternoon on Wednesday, June 3, and leave no earlier than 5pm on Friday, June 5. If you plan to attend the closing party, you will want to leave Saturday, June 6.
How do I book my hotel at the group rate?
Once you purchase your conference ticket, you’ll get an email confirmation from that includes the special link and code for booking at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. We do encourage room sharing in order to ensure enough rooms for all attendees at this discounted rate!
When is the last day I can get a refund?
Refunds can be made until May 4, 2020. After May 4, no refunds will be allowed, however, tickets may be transferred to another attendee until May 28, 2020. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for all refund/transfer requests.
Will there be a dinner ticket?
We are not offering this ticket this year.
What are the session topics?
Our Baltimore conference will have two tracks, one for beginner bloggers and one for advanced. Check out our YouTube Channel to see some of our past sessions and speakers. Speakers will be announced soon!
What is the workshop?
The workshop will cover all things Mediavine. Revenue optimization for your content and your Mediavine dashboard will be the primary focus, but we’ll also talk about our products like Create & Grow.

Do I need to be a Mediavine publisher to attend?
No, you do not need to be a Mediavine publisher to attend our events! We love sharing information, and whether you aren’t at the session threshold or are with another advertising company, we’d love to have you!
Can I bring my...
Blogging/business partner/significant other?
Yes! Please buy a second conference ticket if you would like your partner to attend.
In order to maintain a focused atmosphere for all conference attendees, we ask that you leave your little ones at home. Children under the age of 18, including infants in strollers and/or carriages will NOT be admitted. For the safety of everyone, especially your child, no exceptions will be made.
