Privacy Sandbox's Latency Issues Will Cost Publishers

In Mediavine’s recent Sandbox testing, we discovered an average viewability rate of 39% according to Google’s Ad Manager (GAM) when PAAPI wins the auction. That’s far below the industry minimum standard of 70%.
