Mediavine Celebrates Comscore Top 40 Property Ranking

BOCA RATON, Fla. (Jan. 21, 2019) – Mediavine announced this week that it is now a Comscore Top 40 property. The ad management company exclusively represents more than 4,200 blogger sites, making it the largest community of lifestyle, food and DIY websites.

Comscore, a trusted third-party source for reliable measurement of cross-platform audiences, regularly updates their list of top cross-platform properties. Entering into the top 40 puts Mediavine among the ranks of Vox Media, New York Times Digital and Pandora.com.

“In 2018, we established a growing sales team and our relationship with Comscore. We anticipate that 2019 will be another year of massive growth as we continue to grow our technology and look to become a top 30 property in the coming months as we add more sites,” said Phil Bohn, Mediavine Sr. Vice President of Sales and Revenue.

Mediavine’s commitment to brand safety and performance is always top-of-mind for the company. Its place as a top 40 media property joins a list of five other items the company considers a priority with regard to brand safety for advertising partners:

  • Google Certified Publishing Partner (GCPP) member
  • Trustworthy Accountability Group (TAG) member in all four categories (traffic validation, malware, piracy & inventory quality)
  • 99 percent coverage rate with Ads.txt
  • GDPR Compliant
  • Member of the Coalition for Better Ads

In 2019, Mediavine will also offer Keyword Targeting through Create by Mediavine, a custom WordPress plugin solution for content creators that included recipe and DIY content cards at launch, with travel content cards to follow.
